Make your own low-tox finger paint

Many paints and children's products have chemicals and unwanted dyes in them, that not only stain their clothes but may be harmful for their skin and for the planet.

Let's create an easy to do finger-paint with ingredients you may have in your own pantry.

What you will need:

1. 1/2 cup of cornflour or gluten-free flour

2. 1/2 cup of cold water.

3. Few drops of food colouring.

Take a mixing bowl and place half a cup of cornflour into it, next add the cold water. Mix together with a whisk until smooth. Next add a few drops of food colouring to your desired colour for the paint and you are ready to go!

Easy to wash off clothing and benchtops are it's all natural. Lots of fun for the children and easy on the wallet too. Enjoy.
