Chia Puddings in The Little Helper FunPod
Little Helper FunPod Cooking Level ⭐️ So easy to make with kids in the FunPod Safety Stand as they are no bake, they can mix in the chia seeds and get involved.
You will need:
3/4 cup unsweetened plant-based milk (i use almond, but any will work)
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence
3 tablespoons chia seeds
Fresh fruit or coconut flakes for topping
In any glass container, add ingredients in the following order: milk, maple syrup, vanilla and chia seeds.
Stir well with a spoon or fork, let sit for 1 minute and stir again. This will prevent lumps. Then refrigerate overnight.
When ready to eat, stir well and top with favourite toppings: Fresh or frozen berries, fruit or coconut flakes etc.
