Strawberries have anti-bacterial and ant-inflammatory qualities than may help kidneys and bladder health.
Raspberries are very high in Vitamin C, Manganese and Antioxidants.
Blueberries are one of the richest sources of antioxidants, and Vitamin C. Great for brain function, lowering cholesterol and preventing diseases.
Acai Berries have 19 different amino acids, is a protein rich food, full of Vitamin A, Vitamin C and E, Calcium, Zinc and Fibre. It contains more natural fibre than any other fruit.
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup of frozen blueberries/ raspberries or mixed berries
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of chai seeds
1 & 3/4 cups of unsweetened almond milk
  1. Peel the bananas the night before and freeze them in zip lock bags or freezer containers. Apply banana to the blender.
  2. Use fresh or frozen berries and cut off their stalks then add to a blender.
  3. Add your honey and chair seeds.
  4. Pour in your milk and then mix altogether in a blender and enjoy!
